Russia unified e-visa photograph

These rules apply to the unified e-visa route. They are not a substitute for the requirements of a regular Russian visa application handled by an embassy or consulate.

Rules change. Final acceptance is always determined by the issuing authority — Snapassport validates against the published requirements, it doesn’t adjudicate.
